With a background in geology and an MBA from Queen’s University, he has led multiple projects delivering practical environmental and sustainability solutions, advised companies on strategy and operations, and developed his own ventures. Erick combines strong business development, project management, and client-facing skills with deep expertise in sustainability, ESG, and climate-focused initiatives, helping organizations integrate practical solutions while achieving measurable impact.
